We will forward your shipment to the Czech Post Office. The package to you always goes insured and well packed. If your mail does not reach you at that address, it will store the shipment at your nearest branch.

After prior agreement, personal pickup in Brno is possible without the possibility of trying the goods on.

Returns

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the purchased goods (for example, you did not choose the right size of the shoes) and you bought our products at a distance (for example, you bought shoes in our e-shop), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within fourteen days of receipt. In this case, we will refund your money or exchange the goods.

Return the goods unused, clean, preferably in the original packaging and with all the accessories, gifts, etc. In case the returned goods are incomplete, show signs of use, or is damaged, we may reduce the refunded purchase price by the amount corresponding to the damage caused to the returned goods, in accordance with § 458 of law 89/2012.

The cost of the return is covered by the consumer. You can send the goods to:

Please do not send the package as cash on delivery. XXX The goods can also be exchanged in person, always after a prior agreement (by phone or e-mail). Include the return form, XXXX, which you can download here.

In the case of returning the goods, we will refund the money no later than 14 days after withdrawal from the contract. Please send us an account number so we can refund your money.

Complaints

You can deliver the claimed goods to us in the same way as in the case of exchange or return, together with the XXX form for returning the goods. Complaints will be handled no later than 30 days after receiving the goods in accordance with the Civil Code.
